Animation doesn't have to be great to be enjoyable, A lot of anime have limited animation with a lot of still frames yet manage to be very good. Not every show needs Demon Slayer or Akira's levels of amazing animation to be fun. Blue Lock's animation is quite average and gets a bit up when needed to get hype. That's how many anime do it.

If you don't like the animation, you don't have to watch it. Animation doesn't have to be good to make an anime enjoyable to watch. The animators really know how to hype up the action and keep you hooked to this series. If the PowerPoint presentation isn't making you feel the same way, feel free to drop the anime.
